Once again, Unión Industrial de Entre Ríos reiterates its commitment to boosting the products and services of Entre Ríos, in a constant search for different alternatives, offering a tool of excellence which concentrates the whole exporting offer and potential of Entre Ríos.

UIER, founded in September, 2003, has attained a wide-range-industrial representation reflected on the diverse sectors it comprises as well as on their heterogeneity. It involves large, Pymes (small and medium-size enterprises) and small businesses.

Along the last 6 years, the UIER has developed different activities strengthening institutional presence at a provincial and national level. It is to be noted that all its action has converged upon the defense of the Province's industrial interests; that it has devoted great efforts to solving economical framework and/or sector problems; that it is constantly aiming at competitiveness; and that it has contributed with active policies of promotion oriented to the sustainable development of the Province.
 
Likewise, the Entity is coordinately working on projects together with the Unión Industrial Argentina (Argentine Industrial Union), other peer entities, provincial organisms of Región Centro (Central Region), with Universities and professional people which will benefit the different sectors and will favor the entire society of Entre Ríos.

Focused on strengthening the competitive advantages of Entre Ríos, it has prioritized work in the value-chains with diverse sectors in order to meet the market's demands with special products and services of high added value.

Innovation, quality, technology, qualified human-resources, among others, constitute variables which either foster or restrict competitiveness. It is there where efforts must be aimed at. UIER expects to contribute to the insertion, strengthening and development of the province's production in the world, making the exporting-offer of each of our industries well-known, channeling them towards said objectives.
